Delivery & Return

Domestic delivery
For U.S. mainland parcels, we offer tracked express delivery (1-2 working days) at a flat rate of $4.99. Delivery is Monday to Friday only, with a cut-off time of 12 PM.
For Saturday delivery, the charge is $9.99 + applicable taxes. Orders must be placed before 12 PM on Friday.
Please note: Our delivery charges apply per 30kg box. Additional charges may apply if multiple boxes are required. We will inform you of any additional costs if necessary.
Exchange or Return of Goods
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The products must be received by us within the 14-day period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at atiqrh302@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 working days to inform us of any issues or discrepancies with your order. After 3 working days, we may not be able to assist you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned if opened, the seal is broken, or if otherwise stated before purchase. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
